Świeradów-Zdrój gondola lift

Operating since 2008 one of the most modern cable tramways in Poland carries tourists in eight-person cars to Stog Izerski, from where - in sunny days - you can see a beautiful view of the whole region. One way ride lasts for 8 minute, during which carriages cover 2172 meters with a 443 meters difference.

During the ride in one of the 71 gondolas one can admire great views at the Jizera and Karkonosze Mountains and entire region. This cable car is suitable for carrying wheelchairs. At Stog Izerski there is a mountain hostel established in 1924 preserving its original, unique character. The hostel is famous for its tasty cuisine. The gondola lift operates throughout the year.In the summer it carries hikers and lovers of mountain cycling.

In the winter it is stormed mostly by skiers, since there is a great ski run 2,5 thousands meters length with varied level of difficulty and artificially snowed if necessary. Numerous tourist routs run through the mountain.
