Center of Polish Sculpture
Local name: Centrum Rzeźby Polskiej
The center is located in a picturesque manor complex with a landscape park. In addition to the history of the latest sculpture and retrospective exhibitions of outstanding artists, young artists are also promoted at the Center. In the palace you can admire the 19th-century court interiors. The center allows artists creative stays by providing specialized studios at their disposal.
The Neo-Renaissance palace in Orońsko is associated with the battle painter Józef Brandt, who created and ran a painting school there. The creation of the Center, which has been a state institution since 1981, was helped by creative workshops combined with an exhibition of works by artists from the Center for Creative Work of Sculptors in 1965.
The Center organizes museum lessons and therapeutic workshops, and keeps records of the activities of Polish artists.
