The Promenade of Stars in Międzyzdroje, commonly known as Avenue of Stars, belongs to the most important tourist attractions of Międzyzdroje and the entire Polish coast. It is modeled on similar avenues in Hollywood and Cannes. There are monuments, hand prints and commemorative plaques for stars of the Polish cultural scene.
Avenue of Stars was founded in 1996, then the first Polish stars left their hands on the plates. Sculptures of great Polish artists: Krzysztof Kieślowski, Andrzej Wajda, Jeremi Przybora, Jerzy Bińczycki and Jan Machulski were located here.
They left their hands here, among others Beata Tyszkiewicz, Krystyna Janda, Bogusław Linda, Daniel Olbrychski, Janusz Gajos, Zbigniew Preisner, Zbigniew Zamachowski, Anna Dymna, Marek Kondrat, Cezary Pazura, Wojciech Pszoniak, Andrzej Seweryn, Jan Englert, Wojciech Malajkat, Jan Peszek, Grażyna Szapołowska.
Every year since 1996, the Stars' Festival has been organized on the Promenade of Stars. Since 2016, he has been accompanied by an online audience Idol plebiscite.
