The museum continues the tradition initiated by the owner. Grohman was a collector of books, lithographs, graphics, and musical instruments. The facility was established in 1993. It collects items related to the artistic production of books. Visitors can examine how books since medieval to modern times have been created. The Museum has reconstructed the working places of medieval conventual copyists, there are also the first devices for printing books. The largest part of the collection comes from the 19th and 20th centuries.
