The Town Hall in Kalisz is a four-storey, eclectic building occupying a central place in the Market Square. It was built in the interwar years. There is a stucco part and a wooden ceiling in the reception room. On the town hall tower there is a lookout point from which you can enjoy the panorama of the city.
The Kalisz Town Hall is already the fourth building in this place. Previously destroyed by fires, and built at the end of the XIX century predecessor of the current town hall did not survive the fire during the First World War. The building was designed by well-known Polish architect Stefan Szyller.
The Town Hall is a square building with a small inner courtyard. The sculpture of the Flora of 1900 is being relocated from the city park. Inside you enter through a porch topped with tympanum, which support the pilasters. A clock tower stands over the building. The clock was founded in 1925 with contributions of residents. From the lower terrace you can admire the view of Kalisz.
