The town hall in Jarocin is a neo-baroque square-building on the middle of the square. As one of the few halls in Wielkopolska, it is surrounded by picturesque arcades. Its decoration is also stained glass depicting Saint Martin. In the building, in addition to the seat of the city authorities is also the Regional Museum with an exhibition devoted to the history of the city.
The Town Hall was built at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, on the site of the previous one, destroyed by a fire. At the beginning of the twentieth century, as a result of the reconstruction received the present neo-baroque appearance. It is a square, unstructured building with a small courtyard. Surrounded by wide arcades. The façade is divided by pilasters and the corners are decorated with cardboard crests.
Inside the stairs, you can see the stained glass window with a scene from the legend of Saint Martin. The attic of the building is occupied by the Regional Museum. It presents an exhibition "From the Past of Jarocin Land". It depicts the history of the city and its surroundings from the prehistoric to the twentieth century.
