Church of Sts. Florian and Catherine in Gołębiu is a magnificent temple built in Renaissance-Mannerist style. The brick three-nave church has a two-story façade and a sculpted Renaissance gable. Inside, there are interesting monuments, such as the baroque altar and the Renaissance pulpit.
At the beginning of the 17th century, the church stood at the site of two earlier wooden churches of the same patron. It is a large brick building with a bright interior with arcades and a vaulted ceiling. They are decorated with stucco characteristic of the Renaissance and Baroque. From the period of construction of the temple comes pulpit, benches and confessional. In the Baroque main altar you can see pictures of the Heart of Jesus and the crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary. From the same period came the organ prospectus.
