Mariacka Street

A lively street with numerous pubs, shops, and above all amber factories. It probably already existed in the 15th century. In the past, it was mainly shoemakers' workshops. The tenement houses at Gdańska Street are the only ones in the city that have preserved all the door sills - decorated terraces in front of the entrance to the building.
