Former Church of St. Nicholas in Frombork is a historic religious building from the fourteenth century. As a result of subsequent wars and fires it was completely destroyed; only walls remain of the Gothic building. After reconstruction carried out in 1972-73, the Church served as a municipal boiler room until 2002. Currently, it is not used and is not open to visitors.
Former Church of St. Mikołaj in Frombork, despite many damages and subsequent renovations, did not lose its original character. The church suffered the last, greatest destruction at the end of World War II. The baroque furnishings of the Church were burned then. The building was removed from rubble and secured in 1960.
In the church, there are traces of the rib vaults from the first half of the 14th century in the sacristy, the ceiling from 1691 in the gallery and the original cross vault from 1691 in the western porch. There is a historic bell tower next to the church. A stone monument from around 1750 is built into the cemetery wall on the south side of the church. John of Nepomuk.
