The Church of St. Adalbert was built in the 19th century in neo-Gothic style. It was designed by Berlin's architect Fryderyk Stüller. The parish house adjoined to the church was built in 1903. It serves as a funeral church and isn't available to tourists.
From the start to the end of World War II, the church belonged to the Evangelical and Augsburg community. Later, it was taken over by the Catholic Cathedral Parish of the Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary. In the 1970s and 1980s, retreats for the Light-Life Movement were organized here. The parish house, on the other hand, is today's headquarters of the community of the Pentecostal Church "Parakletos" in Frombork.Less
