The twenty-kilometer beach in Darłowo, through the mouth of the Wieprza River into the Baltic Sea, was divided into two parts: east and west. Both differ from each other, so that everyone is able to choose something for themselves - a classic sea beach with direct access to the sea, or a slightly safer bathing beach separated from the open waters by stone islands.
In Darłowo Wschodni, the beaches were destroyed by sea waves, which is why long breakwaters were made of stones, so there is no direct access to the open sea. Thanks to this, the bathing beach is more child-friendly, because it has a shallower bottom and there are no high waves. In addition, there are many attractions, such as volleyball courts and inflatable slides.
The beaches in Darłowo West are larger, more wild and sandy. They were in no way separated from the open waters of the Baltic Sea. There are also many attractions here. There are numerous water equipment rentals as well as the possibility of a ride on an inflatable banana.
