A museum has been located in the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Darłowo since 1930. You can admire here, among others an exhibition of Pomeranian sacred art, eighteenth and nineteenth-century folk art monuments from this area, as well as medallions of Polish rulers cast in bronze according to the "Polish Kings' Post" by Jan Matejko. Valuable exhibits also include those devoted to Eastern art. This collection was initiated before World War II by the founder and first curator of the Dłowski Museum - Karl Rosenow.
It is also worth paying attention to the map of Pomerania developed by Eilhard Lubinus at the beginning of the 17th century. The museum also has a rich collection of baroque and neo-baroque furniture with a beautiful "Gdańsk" table made of oak wood at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries.
Of course, the museum in Pomerania could not be short of ambers. In the so-called in the amber salon, we can admire raw amber, sculptures and beautiful jewelry created with the use of this stone.
