The park was established in 1930-1938. The main avenue is decorated with lanes of thuja and flower beds. An old avenue with ash and maple trees runs parallel to it. The main attractions of the park are the illuminated fountains in the Avenue of Lovers and the pond. There are also two sculptures - the Washerwoman and the Dog Kawelin.
