Fossevandring Geiranger is an unusual walking route leading up the Storfossen waterfall. Tourists going on this trip must climb 327 stairs. During the walk you can admire the beauty of wildlife and visit Norsk Fjordsentre with an interesting exhibition.
An exhibition on Western Fjords is open at Norsk Fjordsentre. It presents their origin, as well as the history of settlement and silhouettes of people associated with this piece of the world. Part of the exhibition The "wave" indicates a real threat from the sliding slopes of the fjords. The exhibition is interactive.
Original Norwegian souvenirs are offered in the shop located in Norsk Fjordsentre, while a playground for children was created in front of the building. Tourists who reach the end of the route will be able to admire the extensive view of the surrounding area, including at the waterfall called Grinddalsfossen.
