Nordland Museum

The museum's headquarters is one of the oldest buildings in Bodø, it was erected at the beginning of the 20th century (most of the city's buildings were destroyed during the bombings in 1940). The museum exhibition focuses on the history of the region (the life of the Sami and Vikings), with particular emphasis on the development of fisheries.
