The museum dedicated to the history of aviation was opened in 1995 at the German airport during World War II. You can see here, among others the wreck of the twin-engined German Junkers Ju 88 aircraft, the British single-seater Supermarine Spitfire fighter, as well as the transport aircraft Junkers Ju 52.
