Castle ruin Hoeve Lichtenberg

Construction of the castle began in the first half 13th century. The fortress bears the status of a national monument. The last reconstruction of the fortress took place in the 16th century. During the Dutch war, the castle was severely damaged. Only the ruins of a medieval fortress have survived to this day.
