Clervaux is a small town in the Ardennes, known for its fortified castle, which dates back to the 12th century. It is now home to several museums.

The history of the city is closely related to the local castle, built in the 12th century. In its present form, it is a reconstruction, as the building suffered severe losses during the offensive in the Ardennes, which was undertaken by the Germans at the end of World War II. Currently, several museums are located in the reconstructed interiors. The most famous is the Museum of the Battle of the Ardennes, which was the last offensive undertaken by the Germans at the turn of 1944 and 1945. In Clarvaux Castle you can also visit the Museum of Models of Luxembourg's Castles and Palaces. There are models of 22 objects from all over the country. An unusual attraction of Clervaux is the Museum of the Human Family, which collects photos of people from all continents by the most famous photographers of the 20th century. This collection is included in the UNESCO Memory of the World list.

In addition to Clervaux Castle, interesting religious sites can be visited. It is primarily the monumental 19th-century Clervaux Abbey built in the Neo-Romanesque style. The church of St. Hubert with a two-tower facade.
