Bodoni Museum

The museum located in the Palazzo della Pilotta, dedicated to the figure of Giambattista Bodoni and the princely publishing house founded by him at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries. It operated until the 1940s and introduced several thousand titles into circulation, many of which were richly decorated. The museum presents the most significant Bodoni publishing houses and the works of the founder of the outbuilding, who was a typographic artist and book designer.
