A thirteenth-century palace in the center of Padua, where courts were held in the past. It is an early Renaissance building with two floors of arcades decorated with sculptural decorations. Inside, there is a huge room with an area of 23 ares, whose wooden ceiling has not been supported anywhere outside the walls. It is a testament to the craftsmanship of the then builders. In the room there is a "stone of shame" on which debtors gave up their property, which allowed them to avoid being imprisoned for debts.
