One of the main municipal gardens of Naples, created at the end of the 18th century at the behest of Ferdinand I of Sicily. Planted with oaks, pines, palms and eucalyptus, the park is decorated with neoclassical statues and fountains. There are also historic buildings, such as Anton Dorhn's aquarium. The park is a popular place for walks and rest.
