Built in the mid-nineteenth century, the tunnel connecting the Royal Palace with Victoria Square. The purpose of its creation was to enable the royal family to escape quickly in the event of unrest or other threat. During World War II, it served as a shelter for over 10,000 Naples residents. Currently, part of it is open to the public and you can see an exhibition reminding about the role of the tunnel as a shelter. In the second part, rope classes, zipline rides and sightseeing tours with elements of survival are organized.
