Local name: Duomo di Modena

Romanesque cathedral inscribed on the UNESCO list, built in the 12th century and standing on the site of an earlier church. His remains are the crypts in which the tomb of St. Gemian, patron of Modena. The building has a Romanesque entrance with a portal, which presents scenes from the Arthurian cycle. Inside, you can see a carved desktop with scenes of the Passion and gothic mosaics.
