Submarine Enrico Toti (S 506) is a submarine designed to destroy other underwater units and nuclear missile launchers. It was a small boat adapted to the Mediterranean Sea equipped with torpedoes with a self-propelled head and ultrasonic wave systems. The ship is in the collections of the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci. The ship is outside the museum, so anyone visiting can see it. An additional ticket must be purchased to board with a guide. The ship was built in the 1960s. After many years of active service in the navy and many subsequent adaptations, the museum was sold, where it was presented to visitors since 2005.
