The historic baptistery was founded in 1167 and is characterized by an octagonal plan and a combination of Romanesque and Lombard-Gothic styles. Inside you can see a crucifix from the fourteenth century and two wooden sculptures of saints by Giovanni Bertesi. The Baptistery is connected to the city cathedral.
