Built in 1924, the building where the headquarters of the associations of engineers and the water management board were located. It was erected as a symbol of the triumph of engineering thought, which allowed the creation of aqueducts around Bari in ancient times. It is a five-storey edifice that combines the features of various historical styles. Here you can find neo-Gothic, neo-Renaissance elements, and in interior decorations also references to ancient wall painting.
