Local name: Riserva Naturale Gole del Sagittario
Protected area, established in 1997. It covers the Sagittario river valley. The hermitage of San Domenico is nearby, and within the reserve there is a botanical garden, museum, picnic area and nature trails. The gorge is also a shelter for many wild animals.
