Archaeological Museum

The museum presents monuments from excavations carried out around Rethymno. They come from the Neolithic period until the late Roman period. The collections include, among others, statues of Greek and Roman gods, Minoan statues, architectural elements, decorated vases and urns, and early Christian paintings.
