Museum of Cycladic Art

The museum is a private collection of Nicholas and Dolly Goulandris. It consists of dozens of Cycladic figurines made between 3000 and 2000 BC. There are also collections of ceramics from this area. Due to the fact that the simple form of figurines inspired many artists of the twentieth century, including Picasso or Modigliani, the museum also presents temporary exhibitions of modern art.
