Ancient Agora of Athens

The largest and best known agora of ancient Greece. It is located at the foot of Arkopol and is not yet fully explored by archaeologists. On the extensive, tree-lined square you can see the remains of dozens of city buildings, temples and monuments. There is the rebuilt stoa of Attalosa with a monumental colonnade and the temple of Zeus.
