The Munich Museum for Children and Youth is a museum dedicated to the youngest and is based at the Starnberger Flügelbahnhof station at Munich Central Station. The exhibitions are to encourage children and young people to study and experiment.
In 1991, the first exhibitions were presented as a mobile program in a converted bus, in 1996 the museum was moved to the main station. The Munich Children and Youth Museum does not run permanent exhibitions, exhibitions change and relate to various fields of science.
Presented here were, among others exhibitions: Crazy Maze. Interactive exhibition + holiday program; Nothing but air. Soap bubbles as a dazzling mediator between science, art and culture; Environmental space. Building blocks for sustainable development; I see something you can't see; Munich is alive; a natural city and many others.
