A modern, post-modern residential complex was built in 2005. According to the design of Friedensreich Hundertwasser. It consists of 55 apartments, shops, offices, kindergarten and hotel. There are also two courtyards inside. The facade of the complex is pink, and the building owes its name to the gardens built on the roof.
