Castle Garden Heidelberg

The beginnings of the garden date back to 1616. A geometric Renaissance garden was created then. It was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War. In the following centuries the garden was changed according to incoming fashions. Currently, it is a romantic landscape park with an artificial grotto and garden pavilions.
