Citadel Petersberg

The only preserved baroque city fortress in Central Europe. It was built on the site of an earlier Benedictine abbey. were built on a star plan and in the 17th century belonged to the most modern in Europe. You can visit the preserved bastions and view the residential and warehouse buildings of the former fortress from the outside.
