The beautiful, Benedictine monastery complex of St. Michał was built in 1015 on the initiative of Emperor Heinrich II. It is worth paying attention to the tomb of St. Otto and neo-Gothic vaults. Inside the church is the famous "heavenly garden", a fresco from 578 depicting flowers and herbs.
