The museum is located in the reconstructed buildings of a Roman fort, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. You can watch here, among others barracks, commander's quarters, granary and staff building. They were partly transformed into exhibition halls devoted to exhibits discovered here and the Roman army in general.
