Aachen Cathedral

The cathedral was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It was the place of coronation of 31 German kings. It houses a chapel that is one of the few preserved examples of Carolingian art. There are unique relics and works of art, such as a bronze statue of a wolf from the second century.
