The Chapel of Saint Vincent de Paul is located in the Generalate of Missionaries. In the classicist, three-nave temple above the altar there is a reliquary with the preserved body of Saint Vincent. It is made of silver, richly decorated and looks as if it is floating in glory.
The chapel was built in the first half of the 19th century. From the outside, it is a completely inconspicuous building, incorporated into the monastery buildings. At that time, the relics of Saint Vincent de Paul, who were initially buried in the convent of Saint Lazarus, were transferred here.
The interior of the chapel is covered with a barrel vault and covered with caissons. It is spacious and bright. The aisles are separated by light, classic columns. The entire interior of the chapel is aimed at emphasizing the glory of Saint Vincent as much as possible and exposing his reliquary. The saint rests in a silver glass coffin. His body did not break down.
