The Anchor Passage is located in the Marais district. It is a short, private street. It is drowning in greenery and flowers, and on the ground floors of the buildings there are colorful windows of former shops. Today, most of them have been converted into offices and an artists' studio.
The passage is accessed from Turbigo and Saint-Martin streets. On the other side of the road leads to the so-called "Curve Gate" with a blue door. The alley is paved, along the passage there are pots with shrubs and creepers. It is no longer commercial in nature. Only one store remained, which was also a craft factory. This is the last factory in Paris producing and repairing umbrellas. It's called PEP's and is an attraction in itself. The passage is open to pedestrians only on weekdays.
