Thomas Henry Museum

Local name: Musée Thomas Henry

Established in 1835, the institution bears the name of its founder, Thomas Henry, who gave the city 163 paintings from his own collection. Currently, the museum has about 300 paintings from the 16th-19th centuries, including works of Fra Asngelico, Filippo Lippi and the second largest (after Musée d'Orsay) collection of paintings and drawings by Jean-François Millet.
