The Riding School at the Prague Castle is a Baroque building. It has a historic facade of the horse room, the entrance facade decorated with rich carvings and modern buildings. Currently, the facility conducts exhibition and concert activities. There is also a modern furnished garden with a view of Prague, a cafe and a bookstore.
The building of the Riding School at the Prague Castle was built at the end of the 17th century in the Baroque style according to the design of the architects Jean Baptiste Mathey and Jakub Antonin Canevall. The dining room was adapted to the exhibition grounds after World War II according to the design of the Czech architect Pavel Janák.
The author of the modern form of the Riding School at the Prague Castle is Professor Ladislav Labus, who primarily developed the facility after the war damage and restored its original proportions to the horse room. New objects have also been created that are stylishly different from Baroque constructions.
