Mausoleum of Klement Gottwald

The mauselum of Klemant Gottwald, the first communist leader of Czechoslovakia, was in the building at the monument to Jan Žižka on the Vitkov hill. It was designed in 1953 after the death of Gottwald, and his mummified corpse was stored in it until 1962. Currently, the mausoleum has survived a laboratory room without equipment and a control room with devices used to transport mummies from the exhibition room to the laboratory, as well as a warehouse and engine room.
