Paradise Island is the exhibition of the Zoo in Decin consisting of four environments characteristic of tropical regions of the world. In a four-story tenement house plants and animals characteristic of the islands of Reunion, Celebes, Fiji and Haiti were placed.
Paradise Island shows plants and animals characteristic of the four natural environments of the tropical islands. The first is Reuinon, a coral reef with lots of fish, corals, jellyfish and other aquatic animals. In Fiji, you can admire unique saltwater plants and small animals living on the shores. Celebes is the tropical jungle world. The night life of the forest and its inhabitants is shown here. The smallest details were taken care of, including mosquito clouds. Haiti is a landscape of the semi-desert and the rodents and insects living there.
