Castle and Palace Český Krumlov

Český Krumlov, located in the Vltava bend, has been entered on the UNESCO list. Its most important monuments include the 14th-century castle with a colorful tower. Important souvenirs related to him were collected in the local museum. Guests can visit, among others courtyard with lapidarium, climb the 72-meter tower, admire the chambers and ballroom, and the Rococo Castle Theater, which leads to the eighteenth-century mantle bridge.
The museum exhibition includes objects found in the castle, and you can also watch movies from the early 20th century. The Castle Theater with original equipment makes a great impression on visitors. There are, among others, a curtain, devices used to change the decorations, the decorations themselves, and even costumes.
Bears live in the moat of the castle, according to tradition dating back to the 16th century. The building is surrounded by beautiful gardens covering an area of 11 hectares. A belvedere was built here, a lake was created with a small island, a cascading fountain prides itself among the greenery.
