Komec lookout tower

The Komec lookout tower is part of the Komarom sports complex. It is a former boiler room chimney, which has been adapted to tourist needs. Next to the boiler room there is a climbing center.

The tower was commissioned in 2014. Its creation was associated with the revitalization of the Komarom complex. It was a way of survival originally intended for the demolition of the boiler room. The brick, round chimney is 29 meters high. A spiral metal staircase leading to the top of it starts at the bar in the climbing center. The viewing platform offers a view of Brno and the surrounding mountains.
