Ghent University Botanic Garden

There are about 10 thousand on an area of less than 3 hectares. plants from all climate zones. Established in 1794, the garden has over 20 greenhouses of various sizes, a palm house, an arboretum, a large rockery and an area for growing vegetables and medicinal plants.
