Parc d'aventures scientifiques is a scientific theme park founded in the former mine. Its attractions are addressed mainly to young audiences. The permanent offer includes an exhibition devoted to acrobatics (a rope park, consisting of hanging bridges, slide ropes and swings), a psychomotor path (imitating the movement of different animals) and presentations on energy, genetics, light, machines and sport.
At the site of today's amusement park, coal was mined from the 13th century to the 1960s. The former mine tower now serves as a perfect vantage point. A "pixel factory", a space dedicated to digital culture, was installed in the engine room.
The park offers many educational offers - it has workshop spaces with an area of 320 m2, in which, among others, multimedia and robotics and television classes.
