The museum presents works of sculpture and architecture from the ancient city of Ephesus to modern Turkey. You can see antiques such as a fragment of a wall from the 4th century BC (surrounding the first of the seven wonders of the world - the Temple of Artemis) or a monument to the parties which is one of the most important reliefs from the time of Asia Minor.
The museum exhibition consists of the remains of monuments and buildings of different periods of ancient culture, mainly from the territory of Turkey. In addition to the valuable exhibits mentioned above, the museum also has a model of ancient Ephesus in a scale of 1: 500 and numerous sculptures, including a bronze sculpture of an athlete.
In the museum you can also see architectural and sculptural relics of the worship from the Sanctuary of the Great Gods on the Greek island of Samothrace.
