The symbol of Albania are bunkers. After the success of the Bunk 'art museum located in the former nuclear shelter under Mount Dajti, another such facility was opened in the center of Tirana. It is located in a former concrete bunker. An exhibition on Albanian police from 1912 to 1991 and political prisoners of the communist period is presented in 20 rooms.
The exhibition is located in the government district, in one of several bunkers intended for Enver Hodży and his surroundings. In its rooms you can see some of the apparatus used to supply the bunker with water, air and heat. Some rooms have also been restored.
However, Bunk'art 2 is primarily an exhibition about the Albanian police. You can trace the changes that this formation underwent from the time the Albanian state was founded to the overthrow of communism. The largest part is dedicated to the police in communist Albania, including the political one. Photos, uniforms, work tools, documents were shown. You can also see clothes and souvenirs from prisoners. On special plaques commemorated the victims of the communist authorities in Albania.
