Alton Towers

Alton Towers is an amusement park divided into three main sections. The water park's swimming pools are equipped with slides and water attractions for children. The extensive theme park offers, among others various types of roundabouts, slides, roller-coasters and rafting. You can also go to the Haunted Valley or take part in the battle of pirate ships. The third section is a rope park for children. Alton Towers also includes a spa, restaurants, an elegant park with walking paths and several hotels.

One of the roller coasters, so-called Nemesis, in 2008 was hailed as the thirteenth best object of this type in the world. In turn, the roller-coaster Rita is one of the fastest - it reaches a speed of 100 km / h in just 2.2 seconds.

The theme park regularly organizes performances and thematic actions to celebrate, among others Halloween, Christmas or Guy Fawkes Day. On the occasion of Christmas, children can, for example, meet Saint. Mikołaj or take part in a feast prepared by his wife.
